For a race that has held absolute dominion over space and the fourth dimension of time travel - why is their dress sense so garish? You would imagine that their garb would reflect the fact that they have held sway and complete control over time travel for a million years it would be mirrored in their sartorial elegance. However, they are all dressed like refugees from a Duran Duran or Adam Ant video. No wonder Colin Baker looked so irate when he was called to be answerable for his actions in "Trial of a Time Lord". |
